Final Reflection

Black Mountain. C. MacDonald 1997.

_______________________

The reflection of Black Mountain is caught in the waters of Nicasio.

It's only in the shallows that we can even see what is the substance and what is the reflection in the soft waters.

It is a beautiful picture enhanced yet accurate in its reflection.

This is what we want in the mirrors we invite into our lives. Clarity, accuracy, grace and beauty.

More tomorrow...The Saint has had his day.

what attracts me the most? looks? sure. but nothing so much as reciprocal interest. for example: the Twins.

Hot, no doubt. Minor Greek gods in my opinion (if a little short) who many other women find to be "eh". But I'm not the only one watching; they eye me as well, make a point of saying hello... so to me they are appealing.

By comparison, there is one other veritable Greek God around the place who everyone notices, yet he ignores everyone but himself. He's classically beautiful to nearly any eye, but not half as attractive.

And then there is the Roman God... but that's another post altogether.

I realize this is about free will and determination but I think I exhausted that topic the other day. :)

ever since you have had this post up. i have come back often to look at it.

You can see the bumpy uneveness of the bottom, yet the mirror (the water) doesn't reflect the bumpyness it just reveals the perfect reflection of the mountain.
Kinda like, no matter the turmoil on the bottom it still insists to excel and magnify the beauty.

So i guess it all starts with Grace, it helps bring the clarity and accuracy which always chooses to see/show the beauty.

We all see our bumps, the mirrors we invite see them, they just choose not to dwell there, they want to mirror what they see in us. Which is always amazingly, beauty.

Love covers a multitude of sins.
